Face to Face Love!

Guys! Is it just me or did we REALLY gel this past F2F (I've been in a study hole since, excuse the late post!)? I feel like I'm getting to know all of you and I love it.

Highlights of the week for me:

• Thursday night at Coppersmith where we got to hear about Audrey's new job, meet some evening students and other blended learning groups, and commiserate over the Shake Shak assignment.
• Dave's Alpacas (which made me think of Alpaca Dad) and those super memorable scenarios from Prof. N.
• Catching up with Valeria on our walk to the pub--and getting a lift to the parking lot from her driver! (Reggie is awesome--Valeria will give you his info as long as you promise not to use him during F2Fs!!)
• Driving Seabren to an impromptu dinner on Friday night and sharing our love and appreciation of Maine (#thewaylifeshouldbe), hearing all about Jen's hijinks since our last F2F at dinner, and quizzing Karen about her life when she worked in restaurants
• Carpooling with Sarah and Scott and attempting to rock out to the Grateful Dead (my car's sound system wasn't in the mood to let bluetooth work--next time!)
• Continuously shouting out the wrong answer in PG's class (Higher! No, I meant lower...)
• Jimmy acting like Steve's muscle during the "Jim and Lauren Sitting in a Tree, What Kind of Business Will They Be?" presentation
• Seeing my new group (the new group 3!) and having a great lunch where we figured out we have a Worcester connection (WPI, Holy Cross, and Worcester State College), a summer baby coming (Rakib's wife is due in August!), a fall wedding (Kimahn is competing with her fiancee for steps--he was beating her pretty soundly on Saturday since she was in class all day...), and lots of fun chatting and getting to know each other better
• Catching up with Grace in the pub on Friday night and learning about her goals for the program
• Hearing stories about protesters from Mike
• Having one last F2F lunch with my first group, Group 7 (single tear)
• Finding my phone on the roof of my car after the rainstorm on Saturday... still working!!!
• Getting some great food at The Automatic on Saturday night and transitioning over to the Tikki Bar at Mamaleh's for some outside fun including Jimmy's jokes, realizing that Theresa and Brenna have a shared love of Mexican Corn (me too, ladies) and sharing all sorts of yummy stuff with Theresa and Liz, and hearing about Dan's love for Maine
• Scott talking the parking attendant into letting me out of the garage without paying (ask me about it later...)
